In 2011, Katie Holmes co-starred as "Jacqueline Kennedy" in the mini-series event, The Kennedys. Now, in 23 days, she returns to the role in the ReelzChannel cable network follow-up 4-part mini-series: The Kennedys: After Camelot. Matthew Perry (Friends, The Odd Couple, The Whole Nine Yards) joins Holmes' "Jackie" in the starring role of "Ted Kennedy," and Alexander Siddig (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Game of Thrones) co-stars as the man who puts the "O" in "Jackie O": Aristotle Onassis. It's based on a 2012 book by J. Randy Taraborrelli, "After Camelot: A Personal History of the Kennedy Family 1968 to the Present." Now, even before this mini-series airs, Universal Studios Home Entertainment is announcing The Kennedys: After Camelot for DVD release! The 2-disc set will be hitting stores on May 16th. It's priced at just $29.98 SRP, and includes English SDH subtitles. Bonus material, if any, hasn't been revealed as of this writing.
