Years of Living Dangerously - 'Season 2' is Coming to DVD from National Geographic/Fox Available in participating stores near you in mid-April

In this groundbreaking event series, celebrity correspondents bring us stories on those affected by, and seeking solutions to, climate change - from locations shockingly close to home. Covering issues like severe hurricanes, droughts, and the increasing extinction rate of wildlife, the series offers a gritty look at not only how we have impacted our planet, but also how we can save it for future generations. Sometimes a program is intended to run just a single season, but then gets extended beyond that, to additional seasons. Such seems to be the case here! In 2014, an MOD (manufacture on demand) release came to DVD with what was titled, "Years of Living Dangerously - The Complete Showtime Series"...and in 2015, it was released on Blu-ray Disc as well. The show was meant to run just one season of 9 episodes, on the Showtime cable channel. In 2016, however, a second season - consisting of 8 episodes - came to television, although the program was moved to the National Geographic cable channel. Now NG and their distributors, Fox Home Entertainment, are releasing a 3-DVD set of "Years of Living Dangerously - Season 2" this April 18th. The cost is $14.95 SRP, and this time guest correspondents include Jack Black, Gisele Bundchen, Ty Burrell, Don Cheadle, America Ferrera, Thomas Friedman, Joshua Jackson, David Letterman, Aasif Mandvi, Nikki Reed, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ian Somerhalder, Cecily Strong, Sigourney Weaver, and Bradley Whitford.
