Damien - The TV-Series Sequel to the Classic Film is Getting a DVD Release! MOD title from Fox will be available online in early June

Damien, is a follow-up to the classic horror film, The Omen. The show follows the adult life of Damien Thorn, the mysterious child from the 1976 motion picture, who has grown up seemingly unaware of the satanic forces around him. Haunted by his past, Damien must now come to terms with his true destiny - that he is the Antichrist. The folks at Fox Home Entertainment have announced that they will release on June 6th the A&E-aired program, Damien, on DVD. The series only lasted a single season, but starred Bradley James (Merlin, iZombie), Barbara Hershey (Beaches, The Right Stuff, The Monroes), and Megalyn Echikunwoke (Vixen, CSI: Miami, The 4400, That '70s Show). This DVD set will be a manufacture on demand release, available online from sellers such as Amazon's CreateSpace MOD program (although as of this writing, it's not yet up for pre-order over there). Details and finalized package art weren't provided to us in the studio's e-announcement, but Fox did send us the key artwork seen on the right, which we assume is what they plan to use for the box cover.
