Last week, viewers met Chuck and Ayanna - two young, overweight little people who needed to make a big change to lose weight and get their lives back on track. Cue fitness guru and fellow little person Allison Warrell, who quickly moved to change their lifestyles and get them on the fast-track to a healthier way of living.
Now, Ayanna has made a lot of progress since last seeing Allison and looks to build momentum. But despite only being a few more months in, Allison warns her that she is plateauing. Chuck has also made solid progress but hits a snag after tweaking his leg. On the advice of Chuck's orthopedist, Allison puts him in the pool. With newfound confidence after losing some weight, Ayanna gets a makeover and looks to get back into the dating scene. And Chuck prepares to get back into the workforce, picking up a ridesharing gig and interviewing at a radio station.
