We reported this past Friday that - according to Amazon.com - BBC Home Entertainment will release As Time Goes By - The Silver Anniversary Collection, The Complete Collection on DVD at general retail this October 31st. However, if you don't want to wait that long, the BBC tells us that they will make it available sooner than that...if you buy it from them, directly! The BBC Shop online studio store has added a pre-order listing for As Time Goes By - The Silver Anniversary Collection, The Complete Collection on DVD, with a ship date of August 22nd. Cost there is discounted to $79.98, and it says this is an 11-disc set with English SDH. Their studio description also explains what sort of extras to expect: TV's favorite long-lost lovers look and sound better than ever! Dame Judi Dench and Geoffrey Palmer win your heart all over again as Jean and Lionel in this complete collection, now fully remastered for even more pleasure.
