New York, NY (June 9, 2017) – This Monday, June 12, Complex premieres its newest series, “Complex Closets,” a celebrity interview show that gives viewers an exclusive look inside the closets of some of the most fascinating pop culture figures today. Hosted by Complex’s Joe La Puma, the series expands on the “Sneaker Shopping” franchise, the most popular sneaker style series on the web. In “Complex Closets,” La Puma visits the biggest names in music, movies, sports, and more to talk about the shoes that define their style. Monday’s premiere features actor and comedian Nick Cannon giving an all-access look at his expansive collection of footwear, which ranges from customized classic sneakers to a pair of bedazzled loafers currently claiming the title of the world’s most expensive shoes.

"For a lot of people, footwear choices are a window into their personalities,” says La Puma, VP of Content Strategy at Complex.  “There's obviously a fashion element, but they're also collectibles, and so many of the shoes have fascinating stories behind them. It’s a show about more than what’s in the closet, and it brings fans closer to some of the most interesting people in the world in a way that's both intimate and casual."

More than just a show about cool sneakers, “Complex Closets” gives a rare glimpse inside the lives of today’s top tastemakers and artists. The closets featured are far from your average walk-ins, and the footwear inside serves as the jumping off points for conversations about where culture is going
yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

“Complex Closets" is executive produced by Joe La Puma and Jack Erwin. David Matthews serves as producer for Complex.
