***TUNE-IN ALERT***
THE FAMILY HITS THE ROAD ON THE SEASON FINALE OF THE MANNS, AIRING TUESDAY, JUNE 6 AT 8 P.M. ET
ON TV ONE
SILVER SPRING, MD – June 5, 2017 – The Mann clan hits the road for their comedy and concert tour on the season finale of The Manns, airing Tuesday, June 6 at 8 p.m. ET on TV One. However, a freak storm knocks out the power just as the family attempts to depart for the first tour stop. Will they have a successful tour or will unforeseen circumstances leave them powerless?
During the first tour stop, David Jr.’s DJ set gets off to a rocky start when his musical selections hit a sour note among the older and traditional Gospel music fans. The plan was to play music for all generations but, some of the choices may have missed the mark. Or did they? David Jr. wants to use his gift to reach a younger generation who typically doesn’t attend church. Will he be able to find a happy medium that will help the show win and not offend?
Tia struggles to adapt to life post-surgery while everyone around her eats like they have nothing to lose. The diet restrictions have left her weak and concerned about making it through the night’s performance. Perhaps the companionship of a new romantic interest will help her distract the hunger pains while on the road.
Later, Tamela experiences another bought of hot flashes that threatens to throw off her entire performance. Sparks fly during the tour, but will they go out in a blaze of glory?
The Manns is produced by TV One in partnership with Entertainment One (eOne) and Bobbcat Films. It is executive produced by David and Tamela Mann, eOne’s Tara Long and Mark Herwick, Roger M.
