Bar-Bar-BARBA! SVU has had many great Assistant District Attorneys and some really terrible ones. Rafael Barba (Raúl Esparza) definitely falls in with the good guys. He transferred from the Brooklyn District Attorney's office in Season 14 and continues to deliver snappy one-liners.
