CULVER CITY, Calif. (August 23, 2017) – Crackle, Sony Pictures Television Networks’ free, ad supported streaming network, features several new titles in September, headlined by the release of the network’s sophomore season of the hit original series “StartUp,” which premieres all 10 new episodes on Thursday, September 28th. Returning in season two are series’ stars Adam Brody (“CHiPS,” “The League”) also producer, Martin Freeman (“Fargo,” “Sherlock”), Edi Gathegi (“The Blacklist,” “The Blacklist: Redemption”) and Otmara Marrero (“Graceland”). In addition, Ron Perlman (Hellboy, “Sons of Anarchy”) also a producer, joins season two as Wes Chandler, a multi-millionaire businessman with a level-headed grit, and Addison Timlin (“Californication”) will portray Perlman’s daughter Mara. With their startup now in the hands of the Russian Mob, our unlikely trio, Izzy Morales, Ronald Dacey, and Nick Talman, reinvest in their partnership and launch an exciting new endeavor, a darknet prototype called ArakNet.
Other new additions to the schedule include the first season of “Blacklist: Redemption” starring Famke Janssen, horror film Boogeyman starring Emily Deschanel and Lucy Lawless, and fantasy film Appleseed Alpha to name a few.
