In 1989, ABC aired the 2-part miniseries The Women of Brewster Place...a production which was spun off the following year into the short-lived (11 episodes) regular TV series Brewster Place. The original mini-series is getting a new lease of life this October 10th, when Lionsgate puts out a DVD release of it on a single disc, priced at just $9.98 SRP.
