A star-studded September of headline-makers and celebrities is in store for “The View” with Sarah Huckabee Sanders joined by her father, former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee (host, “Huckabee”), Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski (“Morning Joe”), tennis star Maria Sharapova, Larry David (“Curb Your Enthusiasm”), Terrence Howard (“Empire”), James Franco and Maggie Gyllenhaal (“The Deuce”), Kiefer Sutherland (ABC’s “Designated Survivor”), Sofia Vergara (ABC’s “Modern Family”), Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Elisabeth Moss (“Top of the Lake: China Girl”; Emmy nominee for “The Handmaid’s Tale”), Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe (“Outlander”), and Adam Scott and Craig Robinson (“Ghosted”). Former co-host Candace Cameron Bure returns with the cast of “Fuller House,” performances from Little Big Town, Toby Keith, Scarborough and an epic “Sister Act” 25th anniversary reunion!

Last season, “The View” celebrated its historic 20th anniversary and was honored by the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation with a Gracie Award. The show garnered five Daytime Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show and Outstanding Entertainment Talk Show Hosts, as well as a nomination for Favorite Daytime TV Hosting Team for the 43rd Annual People’s Choice Awards. On election night, “The View” teamed up with Lifetime for “The View Live Election Special” with election-themed Hot Topics, interactive election activities and up-to-the-minute results from key battleground states. In October, “The View” will be inducted into the legendary Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame. Ms. Walters, “The View”’s creator and long-time executive producer and panelist, was inducted in 1993. Season to date, “The View” posted gains compared to the same point last season in Total Viewers (+2% – 2.816 million vs. 2.760 million), marking its most watched season in three years – since the 2013-14 season. “The View” also stands as the only broadcast daytime show to grow its overall audience from last season.
“The View” (11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. ET) is the place to be heard with live broadcasts five days a week. Hilary Estey McLoughlin serves as senior executive producer, with Candi Carter as executive producer and Brian Teta as co-executive producer. “The View” is directed by Sarah de la O.
