Bachelor in Paradise 9/11 on ABC

Bachelor in Paradise: Episode 405A (9/11)
September 6, 2017
THE MOST DRAMATIC SEASON FINALE EVER,
ON ABC’S ‘BACHELOR IN PARADISE’

“Episode 405A” – As the highly anticipated and explosive season finale of “Bachelor in Paradise” begins, airing MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 11 (8:00-10:01 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network, the only thing our couples know is that this is their last day in Paradise… unless, as host Chris Harrison explains, they decide, after some tough conversations, that the potential for love in their relationship is real enough that they want one more date in Paradise. That date would end with a fantasy suite card and the opportunity to spend the night alone together behind closed doors. Their other choices are either to leave together and explore their relationship outside of Paradise, or to just go their separate ways.

One wannabe bride, whose Paradise experience has done a complete turnaround, wants another date with the gent who came to her rescue. When he tells her that he’s not through with her yet, she couldn’t be happier. But does he want to spend a lifetime with her, or just one night?

Things don’t go quite as smoothly for one lovesick lad, who wants what this season’s “shining couple on a hill” seems to have. But when he proposes to his marriageable maiden that they, out of respect for her virginity, forgo the fantasy suite in favor of walking out of Paradise hand in hand, she freaks. Since she sees them more as acquaintances than as a couple, not only are they not on the same page, but they may not even be in the same book.

Two others, who can’t quite call themselves a couple, also decide to turn the page on their relationship. But the decision to leave Paradise is more difficult for one tempted tourist when the apple of her eye wants to get to know her better in the fantasy suite. She doesn’t want to ruin what they have by spending the night with him too soon, but she also doesn’t want to ruin it by not spending the night with him, either. What will she do?

Meanwhile, a tortured two-timer, who caused one girlfriend to leave in tears, tells his other girlfriend that he now realizes the mistake he made. She leaves heartbroken, while he leaves seeking a second chance with the love he lost.

Another fool for love may also end up regretting his decision when he breaks up with one interested woman in order to pursue another more interesting one, who, it turns out, is not at all interested in pursuing a relationship with him. But no one is more devastated than the poor unfortunate soul who thought he was going to be this season’s Evan, having worked so hard to finally make a breakthrough with his new love. But unlike Evan, who returned to Paradise earlier this season to exchange wedding vows with Carly, Robby is told by the bachelorette that their lives might be just too different for her to see a future together.

So three couples still survive when Chris Harrison returns to send them on their overnight dates. What will they find? Will forever love be in the cards for these final couples?

We’ll find out when the three couples return to tell us in front of a studio audience what happened that night, and the morning after. Will Paradise end with a proposal for one – or more – of our couples? What other surprises do the couples have in store for each other?

Passions run high when the cast reunites in the studio to confront each other about what happened – and didn’t happen – in Paradise. And what of Corinne and DeMario? Well, they will see each other for the first time since production was halted. What will they have to say to each other?

Over the course of the season, we’ll follow these former bachelors and bachelorettes as they explore new relationships while living together in Mexico, in a secluded and dreamy paradise. America will watch as they fall in love or go through renewed heartbreak. “Bachelor in Paradise” will feature shocking twists, surprises, unexpected guests and some of the most unlikely relationships in “Bachelor” history. There’s no telling who will find love this season, just like Jade and Tanner did and their subsequent 2016 wedding.

Hosted by Chris Harrison, “Bachelor in Paradise” is produced by Next Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Television. Mike Fleiss, Martin Hilton, Nicole Woods and Elan Gale are executive producers. “Bachelor in Paradise” is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC’s selected HDTV format. (CLOSED CAPTIONED)
