Sherlock - Cover Art for the Upcoming Gift Set Shows a Startling New Title 'The Complete Series' on DVD and Blu-ray will be available on Halloween

Two months ago we had the heads-up that BBC Home Entertainment was releasing a Sherlock package that Amazon.com had labeled the "Seasons 1-4 & Abominable Bride Gift Set." And at the time, we only located info about a DVD version of the item. Since then, Amazon has added a pre-order listing for a Blu-ray Disc version of this gift set, too. What's more, Amazon has updated their pre-order entry on the DVD version to show cover art. We've got that below, along with an Amazon.com pre-order button link for both formats. As you see, however, the box front has labeled this set as "Sherlock - The Complete Series." For those among us who are fans of the BBC program starring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman, this signals a sad (but not entirely unexpected) end of the show's run. Both versions of this title will be available on Halloween day, October 31st.
