“What Would You Do?” Airs Friday, June 29 (9:01 – 10:01 p.m. EDT), on ABC
A new episode of “What Would You Do?,” airing Friday, June 29 (9:01–10:01 p.m. EDT), is inspired by stories in the news of sexual harassment and theft. The episode also features special guest Monét X Change, contestant on season 10 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race.”
What Would You Do?” with anchor John Quiñones reveals how people behave when they think no one is watching by using hidden cameras to record people’s real reactions to thought-provoking scenarios created by actors.
Friday, June 29, scenarios include the following:
  • A waitress is being harassed by her customer. Instead of alerting her boss or asking the customer to leave, she puts up with the behavior because she needs the tip money. What will others say? Will they step in?
  • Three different people steal from a deli tip jar – a blonde woman, an African-American man and a Muslim man. How will diners react?
  • Before an upcoming show, a drag queen meets their parents for lunch in full drag. Their parents become embarrassed and annoyed at how they’re dressed. How will other diners react? Joining behind the scenes to watch the action is Monét X Change, contestant on season 10 of “RuPaul’s Drag Race.”
  • A woman enters a coffee shop and sets it up as her own personal office. She takes calls on speaker and occupies too much table space. She eventually asks other diners to act as her assistant and field phone calls for her. Will customers speak up? (Rebroadcast. ABC OAD: 6/19/15)
