He was so loved on Homicide: Life on the Street, that NBC moved his character over to SVU where he continued to make us laugh and question everything.  Richard's 74th birthday is on Saturday 8/4 but we want to continue the party all weekend long with this Munch filled marathon! Happy Birthday weekend to you, sir!
