Arlington, VA – July 2, 2019 – This July, PBS Distribution will begin streaming MOLLY OF DENALI, the first nationally distributed animated series in the U.S. to feature a Native American and Alaska Native lead character. The first season of MOLLY OF DENALI will stream on the PBS KIDS Prime Video Channel beginning July 19th. The series premieres on PBS KIDS on July 15th. MOLLY OF DENALI
follows Molly, her dog Suki and her friends Tooey and Trini on their daily adventures in Alaska.
Also streaming in July are several volumes of SUPER WHY!, where kids learn how to read through adventures in Storybrook Village, a three-dimensional world behind shelves in the library, and a new volume of DANIEL TIGER’S NEIGHBORHOOD, where kids join Daniel and his friends in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe.

The subscription rate for the PBS KIDS Prime Video channel is $4.99/month with an Amazon Prime or Prime Video subscription. In MOLLY OF DENALI, viewers will get to meet Molly, a feisty and resourceful 10-year-old Alaska Native girl as she goes on adventures in Alaska with her dog, Suki, and her two friends Tooey and Trini. In Cabbagezilla Molly’s friend Trini is excited to enter her giant cabbage, Big Green, into the Alaska State Fair, but a suspicious moose keeps nibbling its leaves. Molly and Trini research ways to keep the moose away from Big Green until the all-important weigh-in day. But, THIS moose is very clever. In First Fish, Molly can’t wait to catch her first fish), but the only thing she manages to catch is Tooey’s missing boot! Other episodes that will be streaming include Grandpa’s Drum, Sap Season, and New Nivagi, among others.
SUPER WHY!: Volumes 1-10

Fans of SUPER WHY! will have access to more than 90 episodes from the adventures of Whyatt Beanstalk and his friends, fellow Super Readers, Pig, Red, and Princess Pea. The program helps children learn how to solve problems by looking for answers in books, including classic fairytales such as Snow White, Pinocchio, and Rumpelstiltskin. For instance, in Volume 7, the Super Readers waltz into The Twelve Dancing Princesses, shrink down to size of ants in the story Thumbelina, and jump into a cookbook for the first time! Other episodes that will be streaming include Little Bo Peep, The Frog Prince, and ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas.
SUPER WHY!: Puppy Power

The Super Readers of SUPER WHY! love dogs. In SUPER WHY!: Puppy Power, fans will get to view four episodes including, The Unhappy Puppy where the Super Readers meet Checkers and learn how having friends can make someone feel happier. In The Pup-athon, a puppy named Serena is having a hard time focusing and learns to overcome distractions. Other episodes that will be streaming include Where’s Woofster? and Super Puppy Saves the Day.
Viewers will get to enjoy the many adventures of Daniel Tiger and friends in DANIEL TIGER’S NEIGHBORHOOD: Volume 13. In Daniel Does Gymnastics/The Big Slide, Daniel decides to try something new and goes to gymnastics for the first time. In Daniel’s Blueberry Paws/Wow at the Library, Daniel and O the Owl go to the library where they enjoy a pop-up story, and in Jodi’s Mama Travels for Work/The Tiger Family Babysits, Daniel helps his friend Jodi feel better when her mama has to leave for a work trip.
