Arlington, VA – November 7, 2019 – This November, PBS Distribution will release the brand new animated series, “Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum,” on the PBS KIDS Amazon Prime Video Channel.

Young adventurers will get to go back in time to meet some of the world’s most inspiring historical figures – when they were kids – and learn about the character skills that helped shape their vision and lead to their success. This adventure comedy, based on the New York Times bestselling children’s book series, Ordinary People Change the World, debuts on the channel with thirteen episodes. In each episode, the adventurous Xavier Riddle, his unyielding little sister Yadina and their reluctantly determined friend Brad must turn to influential figures who assist the trio in solving modern and relatable problems, from learning to read and ride a bike to taking care of the planet.

With Xavier, Yadina and Brad, along with his robot buddy Berby, kids will learn to recognize their own unlimited potential through heroes such as Susan B. Anthony, Jackie Robinson, Abraham Lincoln, Sacagewea and many others. In the episode, I am Helen Keller, Yadina is having trouble reading a book and becomes frustrated.

Xavier takes his little sister to meet a young Helen Keller, who is also learning to read in her own way. In I am George Washington Carver, the trio brings a few smushed plants to George’s secret garden to learn how amazing plant life is and why everyone should take care of the Earth.
